The food was very good, and the rooms were spacious with clean bathrooms. We paid ₹8,500 for two rooms for one night, room only, so it was frustrating to be charged ₹200 over a tiny food stain on the linen. We politely denied responsibility, but staff argued with us, and that spoiled the stay. We also had to ask for replacement bedsheets at first because ours had dirt spots and hair. The breakfast buffet was quite limited, around 4-5 items, with only two main dishes. Hospitality was the biggest letdown. The front desk staff were unfriendly and a bit rude, without much basic courtesy. We stayed in Rooms 207 & 210 on the first floor, where there was garbage just inches from the balcony. We reported it, but nobody dealt with it. I picked the property because the brand is popular in the hills and expected more professional service. There are many hotels in Digha, and it seems like another opens every month, but finding one with good hospitality is still hard. This place has comfortable rooms and good food, but cleanliness, staff attitude, and service need serious improvement. At premium rates, those things matter. I probably wouldn't return unless hospitality improves.

What I remember most is how thoughtful the staff were. When we lost a personal item, they went to a pharmacy themselves to get it for us. Complimentary items were brought regularly, and we especially liked having coffee and tea each morning. Shibu, Dipandu, Susovan, and Chiranjit were all kind, friendly, and ready to help. At check-in, one bedsheet had a small stain. The staff quickly offered us another room we could choose and let us inspect the sheets ourselves, which we appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had no other issues. Room service was prompt, and every meal was really tasty. Everything felt smooth and relaxing from start to finish. We'd happily stay again, and I'd recommend Yashshree Bangla Queen Hotel.

The hotel is about 800-900 meters from New Digha Sea Beach and the railway station, which made the location convenient. Staff were humble, polite, and well-mannered. My room was spacious, clean, and maintained well, and the washroom was exceptionally neat and hygienic. There is a swimming pool too. It's not very big, but it's well kept and looks out onto the street beside it. I didn't get to try the food, but based on the room and hospitality, I'd recommend Hotel Bangla Queen, New Digha.

The staff were the part that made this stay special. Shibu, Dipandu, Susovan, and Chiranjit were welcoming and helpful throughout. When we spotted a small bedsheet stain at check-in, they offered us another room and let us check the sheets ourselves. Later, when we misplaced a personal item, someone went to a pharmacy to replace it for us. Complimentary items came regularly, and we enjoyed the morning tea and coffee. Our room was cozy, clean, and well kept, with no issues during the stay. Room service was quick, and every meal we had was delicious. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly. It was a relaxing stay at Yashshree Bangla Queen Hotel, and we'd gladly come back and recommend it.

I enjoyed my one-day stay here. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, and service from the gate through to room service was excellent. Thanks to all the staff at Bangla 👑 Queen. I'm hoping to come back sometime this month.
