Hotel AKMG - Classic worked as a practical stop for a quick overnight rest after a long drive, especially when arriving at an odd hour. I checked out at 8AM after getting in at 2:30 am. The staff accommodated the late check-in, though at first they said there were no vacant rooms. Once I showed my booking invoice, they gave me a triple-bedded room instead of the double room I’d reserved. I booked Double AC Rooms for 2 Adults and 1 Child through Cleartrip for INR 630, using a few coupons and a flipkart offer, plus ₹ 120 off from Cashkaro. The AC worked and the bed linen was clean. The room was spacious with three beds, and functional for a rest. It’s an option for solo travelers or groups needing an emergency stopover, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families or anyone wanting modern facilities, cleanliness, and privacy. The interiors are dated, with visible wear, basic furnishing, and mosaic flooring. There was no bathroom latch, which raised a privacy concern. Liquor availability may not suit every guest, and the setup didn’t feel family friendly, especially for those with children.
