BK Garden Hotel and resort

The restaurant had a premium look and feel, and the food and service were both quite good. I was there for a family group lunch and get-together, mainly using the restaurant and open common areas. There’s plenty of open space, a big swing for kids and adults, and a swimming pool. It’s just off NH19, perhaps a 5 mins drive inside. Coming from city center side, be careful to take the Muchipara exit. We had a nice family outing, the sort of place that could work for a weekend brunch or maybe a staycation.

The food was especially good, with quality ingredients, a lovely taste, and consistent presentation. At B.K. Garden Hotel & Restaurant, service was attentive, professional, and well coordinated, and we felt welcome. The elegant, thoughtfully designed setting works for family meals or formal gatherings. It brings together comfort, quality, and hospitality. I’d recommend it to anyone after a premium dining experience. 😁

After the party, we noticed the bill had different prices from the rate chart we’d brought along. The manager first insisted the bill was correct, but changed it after we showed him the chart. Before then, the food portions had also been smaller than expected. My father had organized the party for more than 27 to 30 people, and some of his friends staying at the resort also had their stay prices changed. It felt like they’d been cheating us from the food through to the bill. Thank goodness we had the chart, or we might have paid a much higher amount. Worst experience, and I’m not going back.

I was a guest at a friend’s party at the resort, and found the experience just as disappointing. The food portions were smaller than promised, and people staying there also faced unexpected changes to their rates. The billing couldn’t be trusted either: prices changed without notice, and errors were corrected only after we showed the original rate list. The mismanagement and dishonesty seemed common here. I wouldn’t recommend it.
