The chicken, mutton shorba, and fish were delicious, and helped make up for the rice, which was okay but lacked flavor and was lumpy in places. The meal came with raita and green salads, so all in all it was good. The restaurant was quiet and peaceful, with music playing on a loop, and the staff were polite. I’d suggest making the rice more flavorful, adding fried onions, and making it whitish instead of yellow.

The restaurant area is clean and comfortable, with prompt, courteous service. The ambience is simple but pleasant. HOTEL WB40 is a good place to dine in Durgapur, and their special Mandi is worth trying. It was aromatic, flavorful, and well cooked, with tender meat and perfectly seasoned rice. The generous portion is good for sharing and offers good value.

Ms. Nivedita was friendly and helpful, and her service made the place feel homely. She was great at her job, keep it up! The food was good. One suggestion: ask customers how spicy they want the posto Bora before adding spice, since many prefer it less spicy. Thank you!

The staff were polite and helpful, and the stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a cozy bed and AC that worked perfectly. The bathroom was neat too. Great value for money, and I’d definitely stay again.

You can sit at a table with chairs or choose floor seating at this Arabian-themed restaurant, which has a pleasant ambience. I found the food very disappointing and didn’t like the taste. The staff also seemed like they needed more training in how to serve.
