There were ants all over the room at night, dust everywhere, and a TV that didn’t work at all, more decoration than anything. The bathroom smelled bad, and the room seemed not to have been cleaned for some time. Around 8 to 10 empty bottles were by the bed and looked like they’d been there for 2-3 days. I asked reception twice to clean the room; both times they said it would happen soon, but nobody came. There was no soap or towels either. It was dirty, badly maintained, and the staff didn’t respond. Definitely not worth the price.

The one thing this place has going for it is how close it is to the Shree Dwarkadhish Temple. The washroom and other facilities were below par, and despite asking the staff several times, they never fixed the missing jetspray. TV and Wi-Fi were listed in the room, but neither worked, just showpieces. The manager first quoted 1000 Rs for an AC room over the phone, then at checkout told a staff member to charge 1200, claiming that was the price given on the call. I sent the recording, and he admitted it had been 1000. He refused a discount over the jetspray until I said I wouldn’t pay at all, then took the discounted amount. Pathetic place. Location: 4, Room: 1, Service: 2.

The room was stuffy and in awful shape. It was poorly cleaned, the sheets were dirty, and the washroom was a mess with a broken cubicle. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. A dharamshala would be a better choice.

The rooms we got were horrible, nothing like the clean ones in the pictures they sent. There was no water from the tap or in the flush, no bathroom bulb, and no hot water. Staff were scamming us at every turn, and after the bad stay they still wouldn’t refund our 2k rupees. The worst experience. Don’t go here.
