Collection O Market Road Ernakulam

There was hardly anyone at Super Collection O by OYO Market Road Ernakulam Cloth Bazar. Whenever we needed help, we had to call someone, and we even had to carry our own luggage. The lift barely worked: to get to the ground floor, you had to go up to the first floor and then take the stairs. The room was disgusting at check-in. The bathroom looked like the toilet hadn't been cleaned, and the bedsheet had blood on it. There were no pillow covers, and the hygiene was awful. We also didn't get a dustbin, water bottle, proper toiletries, or shampoo. The room looked nothing like the misleading online photos. Don't trust them. See the room before paying. If I could give less than one star, I would.

It's a handy option for a short stay or a budget trip, with decent comfort and service for the price. Super Collection O has clean, maintained rooms and basic amenities, and the location makes nearby attractions and local travel convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and the other formalities went smoothly. I found it comfortable and convenient.

We arrived at night to find there was no room for us, even though booking.com had confirmed our reservation. I'd received the confirmation email and had personally spoken with the staff to check it. They'd given the room to someone else, and there wasn't anyone at reception. After several calls, someone finally answered. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. Nobody seemed to care that we were left with nowhere to go at night. The management and behavior were completely unacceptable. A place like this should be reported to the police for scamming people.

The room and bathroom had a strong septic tank smell, and the sheets and pillows looked used and unhygienic. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the place didn't feel safe. With hygiene concerns like these, I'd tell others not to stay here.
