Some staff really did try to help, but I wouldn't recommend this place. The property was hard to locate because the booking-site name didn't match what was displayed, and the sign was high up where it couldn't be seen from the road. The WiFi wouldn't connect, and my temporary charger request was ignored. There was little in the way of amenities, just a water bottle with no glasses, a tiny soap, and a shampoo sachet. The rooms had cracked walls, stained toilets, sheets, and towels. We requested a change and checked three rooms before finding a fourth that was comparatively better.

Right in the middle of town, so getting to places around kochi is easy.

For the money, it's just about okay. The rooms are tiny and nowhere near a suite, whatever the name suggests. Breakfast isn't worth booking either: it's brought in from a nearby restaurant at an inflated price, and the arrangement felt very unprofessional.

The room was okay, but the bathroom was disgusting, and the water was very dirty and smelled like bathroom water. They damaged the back of my car and promised to sort it out when I got back, but they didn't. Please don't go there and waste your money.
