It’s a calm, peaceful hotel with really beautiful rooms, and I loved staying here. There’s a single photo in the room that adds a nice touch and makes it more attractive. Mushtak deserves a special mention. He was one of the friendliest staff members I’ve met across my hotel stays, and his service and behaviour were truly excellent.

My fiancé and I spent six days here after travelling around south India, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, with a comfy bed and a shower that had good hot water and pressure. The staff were always smiling and super helpful. We’ll see the team again when we come back to Kochi!

This was my first stay at this lovely hotel, and the warm welcome made a great first impression. There’s a reception staff member whose name I unfortunately don’t know. He was kind, professional, and so welcoming from the moment I arrived that I felt at home. The whole hotel was clean, fresh, and well maintained, with a top-notch ambience. The housekeeping team were especially sweet and attentive, keeping the rooms spotless and cosy each day. Hotel Saphire Metro Club offers good value for money, with quality accommodation, tasty food, and attentive service. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable stay.
