Crown Residency by OYO Rooms

There were safety concerns during my stay, including police at the property, and I didn't feel it was safe for girls. The rooms were filthy and disgusting, as shown in the pictures I posted. This was the worst experience I've had. It may be okay for a couple of hours, but I wouldn't stay here overnight. Don't go.

The only thing I found satisfactory was the power backup. The owner has an attitude, and seemed focused on making extra money. I was charged more than the booking amount and even billed for water. The room was filthy, the sheets were torn, and the bathroom smelled and had rusty fittings. There was no room service, the lift wasn't working, and there was no hot water. The landline didn't work for complaints or orders. They didn't provide an AC remote and kept asking for extra money. The worst OYO I've stayed at, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms weren't properly clean, there was water leaking in the room, and the bathroom taps didn't work. On top of that, the staff and owner were very rude. Worst experience ever.
