We ordered lunch, but they brought different food and said they couldn't change it. They kept knocking every hour to ask for the lunch payment, plus a 150 service charge. These people seem to think they can just rip you off, especially couples. Please don't use this hotel. We booked online for 12.06.2019, but on arrival they said check-in was only from 12-1 pm. For an immediate check-in, they asked for 300 extra, which we paid. They didn't even provide drinking water. If you ask, they give you a local bottle and charge 20rs as a service fee. They also charge 20rs to bring a towel, and there was no soap in the hotel.

It's quiet and cool here, but room service isn't good. No chai or coffee was available at 7 AM.

Not bad, though the rooms need better cleaning, especially the toilets.

The entrance to this Oyo is really nice. Room service was poor, though, and it took a long time for the room to be cleaned.

The staff were cooperative and easy to approach. The breakfast was the one problem, it's bread toast and tea every time.
