Krishna Park Inn

I was traveling with my sick father after more than nine hours in the car, and being told on arrival that our room wasn't reserved made this a terrible experience. The staff at Hotel Krishna Park Inn (Gandhinagar) said MMT had a technical error and told us to contact them. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, treated us as if we didn't matter without a booking, and was eating before wiping his mouth on his shirt. Our booking was for one room for two nights, double occupancy, with check-in on 03/01/2018 and check-out on 05/01/2018. MMT's call center kept me waiting for 15 minutes with assurances they'd fix it and told us to sit in the lobby. Half an hour later they called to admit their mistake and promised a full refund. A woman on the MMT team also promised an additional Rs. 5000 as an apology, but that refund still hasn't arrived. Just refunding the amount doesn't address what happened. This was my worst experience with MMT. As the owner of Hotel Ajmer Inn, Ajmer, I've never let this happen to guests from the MMT Portal. I feel ashamed of a large team working around the clock that still failed to check whether our room was reserved.

The location is very good, with everything available nearby. The hotel is good, though a little costly. A slight price reduction would be welcome.

At a medium price, you get good facilities: AC, a good bed, cleanliness, breakfast, TV, and water. It's also near infocity and DAIICT, which is the best part.

A very nice hotel in a great location for Gandhinagar, with all kinds of shops nearby.
