The best part of my stay was Sam, a really good person and an exceptional host who made me feel right at home. The hostel was neat and clean, and great value for money. There's a good kitchen where you can cook your own meals, and the breakfast provided was fresh and tasty. An absolute gem in Gangtok, highly recommended for travelers.

The roof has scenic views, and the place itself is peaceful, clean, and has good washrooms. A rare bonus is the free breakfast and coffee for travelers. Samdup is a super friendly, good man who knows a lot and can help you navigate daily life and find what you need. Great host!

The kitchen is a real plus, since residents can prepare their own meals and get a homely touch. The dormitory is clean, safe, and well organized, with a comfortable balance between studying and resting. Essential facilities are maintained well, the owner is cooperative, and the atmosphere feels supportive.

I felt safe and comfortable during my stay, and would definitely recommend this hostel. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Hygiene was properly taken care of, too.

I had great conversations with Senor Sam himself on the rooftop. Sam is extremely sweet and hospitable, and the place is very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located near the heart of Gangtok. As a traveler himself, Sam knows what travelers look for and has equipped his hostel accordingly. I'd definitely recommend it.
