The biggest issue for us was how high up our rooms were. We had to keep climbing to reach the restaurant and other facilities, and it left us with severe leg aches. For a group with senior citizens, that could be extremely difficult. I'd only suggest staying here if you're physically fit enough for the frequent climbs, or if you can check for a lower room. Other guests were allowed to cook in a large group in the passage. The hotel permitted it, but it left the area badly untidy after cooking and eating, which was a major setback. Hopefully management will work on this. It's a simple AC room near the main Ganpati temple, with pleasant weather even in May. Hot water in the bathroom was good. Only tea is served in the rooms, and the helper boys are polite. If you want a very basic, clean room with good AC but no TV or luxury facilities, the place may suit you. The staff overall are humble and simple.

We were a family group of 19 and had booked 7 rooms at Landmark Hotel, Ganpatipule. The quiet surroundings made for a relaxing getaway, and the hotel's location is very convenient for families visiting the area. Everyone enjoyed the tasty, hygienic meals. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained. Staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout. They managed our large group smoothly, and the check-in and room arrangements were organized, so everything felt stress-free. We appreciated the hospitality and would recommend Landmark Hotel, Ganpatipule for family or group stays. We'd be happy to return on our next visit.

The hotel restaurant had a limited menu and wasn't fully operating, but there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance, about 100-200m away. We stayed for 1 day in May2026 and loved the peaceful, quiet visit. Our sea view room was awesome, and the property was well maintained, with some areas being renovated. The pool was good, though the garden kids slides need repair. The Ganpatipule temple entry gate is right next to the hotel. I enjoyed the stay and would choose the same place on my next trip to Ratnagiri.

The room service really impressed me. We called in the late evening after the beach, and they quickly cleaned away all the sand we'd brought back. The hotel is spacious, with a beautiful structure and balconies facing the sea, plus a swimming pool and large rooms. It's a quiet, nice place close to both the beach and temple. Being near the popular Ganpatipule beach, with lots of water sports, is a big plus. Breakfast choices could be better, and the mattresses felt lifeless. Still, it's a very good stay right by the beach.

Gunijan kaka was very supportive, and the staff were courteous. The food was good, the rooms decent, and the place is close to Ganpati Mandir. All in all, a satisfying stay at reasonable prices.
