Namastay Hotel

The restaurant served good food, with satisfying quality and portions, and the staff were responsive and very cooperative. We stayed in a deluxe double room. It was clean, airy, and cozy, with good beds, clothing, and bathroom facilities. The only thing that needs attention is the bathroom taps, which were a bit jammed. Our stay was very comfortable.

I traveled alone as a woman and felt safe throughout my stay, with no theft or security problems. The owner and staff were so helpful, and the team really cared about their work. My room was well kept, the food was good, and I enjoyed every bit of being here. I’d happily recommend this hotel.

I stayed for two nights after booking through make my trip, and it felt like an overpriced, old budget hotel. The entry has the look of a low-cost transit place, and there was nowhere in the bathroom to set toiletries. They provided only a bar of soap and a small shampoo bottle. The surroundings were crowded and noisy, as the property is outside the railway station. Basic items listed in the itinerary, including a dustbin and electric kettle, weren’t provided. Room service and housekeeping were very slow, and I had to keep calling. I don’t know how this place got a rating above four stars.

We had a lovely two-night stay at Namastey Welcome Hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless and well cared for. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty, and the service was very good. Staff were attentive and respectful.
