The hotel is thoughtfully designed for people with disabilities, with wheelchair-accessible entrances, spacious lifts and well-equipped rooms with safety features. Mr. Samit was especially kind and attentive, and the whole team was ready to help. Check-in was prompt, housekeeping courteous, and the meals were delicious and hygienic. The service remained top-notch throughout, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. It’s a welcoming, accessible hotel that sets a great example of inclusivity and hospitality. I’d highly recommend it.

The location made it easy to explore both Baga and Anjuna beaches, and the rooms were comfy. The food was quite good too. I also liked the fantasy box, a nice touch for guests wanting something to spice things up. We’d definitely visit again and recommend this comfortable adult-only boutique hotel. From check-in onward, the staff were warm, courteous and helpful, and their hospitality was a highlight. Hetal and Kapani at reception, Avinash and Hrithik in the restaurant dine-in, and housekeeping associate Renuka all went above and beyond to improve our stay.

The hotel is decent, but the rates feel high and there’s no private parking. Cleanliness could be better, and the food is only average. The area nearby is a problem: aggressive taxi drivers stop other taxis from picking up passengers and charge exorbitant fares, around three times the normal rate.

Mr.Avinash served delicious food with such lovely hospitality, and all the staff were cooperative. We thoroughly enjoyed being here. It felt like a great boutique hotel experience, and we loved it to the core!

The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently placed near Baga and Anjuna beaches for exploring the area. Service was very good throughout. Special thanks to Anshul, Niranjan for the excellent support and hospitality. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.
