The meal was extremely overpriced for what we got, and nothing was done to fix the problems during the rest of my stay. I had to wait over 10 minutes on hold just to place a room service order. A simple club sandwich and fries took nearly 45 minutes to arrive, lukewarm, with a soggy sandwich, cold fries, and a missing drink and condiments. When I called several times to report it, no one answered at first. Once I got through, the staff gave no apology or solution, only a vague promise to look into it, and never followed up. Room service should be convenient, but this was a hassle and left a bad impression on my whole stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better, even from a budget hotel. I hope management takes this seriously. This level of service is unacceptable.

The room was dusty, dirty, and smelled bad, and the washroom was unclean too. The fan in room 102 wasn't working, but the man in the pink shirt insisted we stay there even though room 101 was vacant. His manners and treatment were awful. We'd stayed here on a monthly basis before, but this time he treated us as if we were staying for free. A terrible stay. Please avoid this hotel, or you may lose your self-respect.

The beach is within walking distance, though you can only access the sea during the day. It's a little far from the town centre.

We were happy with the rooms and service during our two-day stay. Room service was very good, the room sizes were just right, and three cars can park inside the property. A few attractions are close enough to walk to. It's a good place to stay in Gopalpur, and I strongly recommend it for families and friends.

The hotel is a long way from the city centre, but the rooms are clean, spacious, and well furnished, with air conditioning and a good washroom. Staff are nice and well behaved. The terrace view is awesome, and it's a lovely place to sit and spend some leisure time. The restaurant food tastes good, though the price is a little high. I hope the hotel continues to give its guests happy stays. Good luck.
