I stayed in room #308 last month. The room was nice and clean, and the rest of the service was good. The room heater wasn't working when I asked for one because of the weather. Mr Ashavin Singh helped meet the needs of our carnival group from pune. Thanks to the management for the good service and clean room.

The food was a real highlight at Hotel Uma Palace, especially the veg biryani, pulao, and thali. Everything was flavorful and delicious. We had a comfortable family stay in Uttar Pradesh, enjoyed our time there, and found the service top-notch. The friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
