M K Hotel & Restaurant

I booked two nights, November 25-27, through Agoda. When I arrived to check in, hotel staff said online bookings weren’t allowed. I contacted Agoda and received a message saying the property didn’t allow the booking and my money could be refunded. I believe this property sells confirmed booked rooms to someone else when it gets a higher rate. Don’t book here, try a reputable hotel in India instead. I’ve only had this sort of experience in India, where guests are put in trouble after reaching the property. Agoda and other third-party sellers should remove places like this from their platforms so customers can get better service.

A nice place to relax and enjoy yourself. The rooms were spacious and in good condition. The food was good too, and not too spicy.

Staff were decent, and it’s a good hotel overall. Wi-Fi worked well, and the TV can be used for YouTube, though there’s no cable TV network. The food tasted great but felt a little expensive.

The staff were really rude, and the food was the worst we’ve had. We ordered paneer butter masala, butter naan, and malai chap, and all of it was bad. The paneer in the dish was degraded, and the naan wasn’t properly cooked.
