The restaurant was a highlight, with a decent range at breakfast, freshly prepared dishes and live counters, all backed by good service. Most of what we ordered for lunch and dinner met or exceeded expectations too. Staff were friendly and keen to help. The place is near Gymkhana club and convention center, though outside the hotel compound things are only OK. The room shower leaked in every direction, and the kitchen had few or no utensils.

The room itself was spacious, had a nice view and was good, but the slow service and food made this feel poor value at ₹7,350 per night. A bottle of water took nearly 20 minutes to arrive after we asked. We had a one-night package with breakfast and dinner. Dinner turned out to be à la carte, not the buffet we expected, and staff said package guests had no menu. The choices were just roti with chicken curry or paneer curry, biryani, and one dessert. Non-veg soup wasn't included, they said, and only veg soup was allowed. When we asked for two ice cream flavours, staff insisted on just one because scooping another was difficult. Breakfast was a below-average buffet with little variety. The room was the good part, but the dining and hospitality need real improvement.

We enjoyed the courtesy here. Mr. Jayprakash the chef, along with Harsh, Parul and Akash from service, were too good. The food suited our taste and was very good. We had Chicken tikka, dal Makani and missie roti, and enjoyed them. Breakfast was tasty and excellent too. A comfortable hotel where I’d recommend staying and enjoying the courteous service.

Mr jay prakash, the chief chef, treated us with so much respect and warmth while serving. The food was amazing, and the staff service was really good. Ambiance, stay and services were all awesome. Very much recommended.

Chef Jaiprakash made great food, and I really enjoyed it. The room was great too. I did have to ask because no hair dryer was available. Still, I’d recommend staying here.
