The Dwelling Habitation

Best experience, the rooms are really nice. I liked meeting receptionist Mr. Shakti Dixit Shakti, who has a spiritual character. Radhe Radhe 🙏

We booked four rooms for a visit to the REI Expo in Greater Noida, and what followed was a terrible experience. They showed us photos of a neat, clean facility, but the place we got was in very poor condition. They operate two facilities under the same name without distinguishing between them, which felt like a way to mislead customers. Two rooms had non-working ACs. When we told the staff, they ignored us. The rooms were in bad shape, blankets and pillows smelled awful, and there were rats in two ground-floor rooms. Again, staff brushed us off. We asked three or four times for at least one room for our MD and his friend in the better facility, but they ignored that request too. At night, the power kept cutting out. It seemed they had no DG or inverter, and management just kept saying outages were out of their control. Around 9:30 PM, with no clear answer about when power would return, we and other guests said we’d leave unless power came back. They kept asking us to wait ten minutes. We waited until midnight, then demanded our advance back. They dragged it out until 3 AM and called some boys in to put pressure on us. Once everyone asked for a refund, they finally returned the money, and we left in the morning. Afterward, staff called from different numbers, abused us, and kept threatening us. I told Anil Verma, the facility owner, what was happening, but he spoke as if they had provided excellent service and we were the ones demanding a refund. They’re gundas. You’d need the energy to fight over every small issue after paying an advance to stay here.

The staff were very cooperative, and I felt at home here. The food was good quality, and the hospitality was great. It’s one of the best places near India Expo centre. Anyone visiting Greater Noida should stay here at least once, I recommend it.

I was really happy with my stay at dwelling habitation. The rooms were good and the service was par excellence. It’s affordable, with good connectivity near the Merto station and the Expressway. I’d recommend it to my friends and company associates.
