My worst issue was being asked to pay extra for an upgrade or an alleged OYO technical fault, even though I had already paid the full amount online, including through the OYO app. The staff were pleasant and service was good. The TV worked properly and WiFi speed was normal. The room itself was too small and not clean enough. The mattress and pillows were very poor, and the AC was in awful condition. Outside food isn't allowed, so guests are pushed to eat the hotel's own food, which is very expensive compared with other restaurants. Solo trip. Room: 1. Service: 4. Location: 2. Cleanliness: 2.5. Safety and hygiene: 2.5. Overall: 2.4/5.

Nothing like the photos. The sheets and toilets were dirty, and then they asked me to pay extra for the room. Worst experience. Oyo should take this hotel off its listing.

This shabby lodge has very little parking and inexperienced staff. There wasn't even water or a glass in the room. I asked for a bottle of water and never got it, apparently they forgot. At checkout they asked me to pay again, even though I'd already paid through the app. The same lodge is listed as Sugar Rose Inn in the Bravistay app.

I booked an AC double sharing bedroom through Oyo, but at reception they asked me to cancel it even though the payment wasn't refundable. In the end, after the hassle, they gave us a non-AC room. It was hot and mosquitoes bit us all night, despite our paying in the OYO app for a fully air-conditioned room. I have the booking transaction details and a video of the room they eventually gave us.
