We stayed for just one hour before cancelling and lost 16k for four rooms. MakeMyTrip charged us 4500 rs per room, but the rooms weren't worth even 100 rupees each. The dust, beds, and blankets were awful, and the whole place felt like a haunted mansion. The bathroom had a bathtub that looked at least 20 years old, with no room to stand or even wash your legs. The rooms were terribly awkward and disrespectful to stay in, and the response we got at first was completely unhelpful. Even dharmshala and ashram rooms are cozier and much better. Please beware of a scam in Gwalior. I can't even rate this place. Please, please, please don't book.

We had booked an early check-in and got there at 5:30am, but the shutters were down. We knocked at both the front and back and nobody opened up. Street dogs were barking outside, and nobody answered when we called reception. Oyo couldn't help us either, so we ended up booking another nearby hotel at double the cost. It was a nightmare. I would never recommend this place.

We arrived at 5 am with an advance booking and couldn't even find the hotel gate. We had to book another hotel, and OYO offered no help. The staff are arrogant and have no idea about service. This hotel deserves no stars. Couples and families, be aware and avoid this place. I genuinely dislike it, and OYO should stop partnering with properties like this or risk disappearing from the market.

I had a terrible experience with OYO. The telephone never worked, so I had to go to reception whenever I needed anything. There wasn't even a power outlet available to charge a laptop or phone. The service was poor.
