OYO 22752 Hotel Celebration Inn

The staff and others behaved in a way that didn't feel morally good, and the service here is very bad. Couples especially should avoid this place. I couldn't give it a minus rating on Google Maps, though that's what it deserves. If you want to know more, visit once 😂 and you'll get the experience too.

The location is convenient, about 3 km from the railway station, and an auto there costs 40/-. The busy road out front makes it easy to find autos, cabs, and even shared tempos. Parking is right in front of the hotel. The executive rooms are spacious, while the deluxe rooms are a bit small but enough for a small family. Toilets are clean. Food is available as room service, though there's no restaurant. Service can be inconsistent, including whether you get towels or soap.

I booked through goibibo for about 1.5k and got a resolution of "ittna paise me ittna hi ayega". The customer resolution team was useless, so NEVER BOOK FROM GOIBIBO. The room and washroom were filthy, the floor dusty, and the ceiling broken. Pathetic.

At checkout, the people at reception asked for a different rent from the rate they had promised. It felt like a total fraud. Be careful 🙏. The worst experience of my life.
