Hotel Suncity

The staff treated us very well, helped with our luggage and were considerate and nice. But the rooms lacked hygiene: the bedsheet was torn, the rugs were dirty and the restrooms were filthy. Please check the rooms before guests check in. That's my only issue.

There was no parking, and the staff were rude and had no manners. They cut the electricity at night, which was really bad. A very poor experience.

The most pathetic part was the AC supply being cut off at night to save on the electricity bill, despite the very hot weather reaching a whopping 40 degrees. The way staff behaved after booking was disgusting, and they didn't support us with room service. At booking, the reception staff behaved totally differently and manipulatively compared with after booking the hotel services. In particular, the three guys at reception had a very rough tone and no manners when speaking to guests. The hotel doesn't even provide basic support services like a meals and beverages counter or oven facilities. I would never recommend booking here. It should have no positive side to show on the top sites goibibo and makemytrip.
