The washrooms were filthy and didn’t have locks. The blankets, bed, and pillows were all dirty and covered in hair. No fan was working, and the receptionist didn’t respond properly.

The staff acted like our stay was free, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing. When we reported that the fan was making noise, they told us not to turn it on. The commode flush didn’t work either. The photos on the booking site shouldn’t be trusted. I’d advise against coming here with family or friends. It was a very bad stay.

The hotel was clean, but the mattress felt as hard as wood. Drinking water cost extra, the AC remote and TV didn’t work, and we ran into a water shortage at one point. There also wasn’t a good nearby restaurant for healthy food.

I’d rather stay by the roadside than choose this hotel. They refused to change the bedsheet, the AC wouldn’t cool, and the toilet didn’t have a working light bulb.
