Reception was unstaffed most of the time, and the rooms were overpriced. Breakfast was very limited, with low-quality idli and vada and chutney that tasted seven days old. No dental kit, slippers or comb were provided.

We stayed for almost 12 days and felt at home, away from home. We’re from Jamshedpur, and the hotel team made sure we were very comfortable. The facilities were certainly class, and the cleanliness was unmatched. There’s no kitchen or restaurant, but quite good restaurants are nearby, so we never felt inconvenienced. Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative to point out, and wanted to share our experience.

The mattresses and pillows weren’t comfortable, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell, and the towels were poor quality. No basic toiletries were supplied, so bring your own. Breakfast on the terrace is a nice idea, but the food was average at best, and there’s no in-house restaurant apart from breakfast. I stayed two nights on a business trip. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning worked properly, which I appreciated after long workdays. The price is reasonable for the area, so it can suit a low-budget business traveler who mainly needs a place to sleep. Just don’t expect much comfort or more than basic amenities.

I went with my wife and our 7-month-old baby. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the location is prime. It’s suitable for families.
