The location is good, with commercial businesses, a shopping mall and other shops nearby. Inside, though, the rooms fell short of expectations. Cockroaches moved around freely, and the AC only worked at either 19 degree C or 24 degree C. The staff seemed lethargic, and they didn't dust daily or replace the bath towels. Room upkeep overall was very poor. Management should improve and refresh the rooms to attract tourists and other visitors.

The location near the railway station and main market was convenient, but the stay was deeply disappointing. Our premium room had no chair, and its exhaust fan didn't work. The rooms were unhygienic, with cockroaches and stained linen. Breakfast was limited to bread, jam, omelette, and idli wada sambar, and it tasted bad. It was brought in from somewhere else rather than made at the hotel restaurant. They agreed to toast the bread when we asked, but sent it raw instead. Parking was cramped beside a busy road, with space for only 3-4 cars. At checkout, staff didn't know who had parked one car there, so our car was stuck for a good 30 minutes while they tracked down its owner, who had checked in an hour earlier. It left me feeling our vehicle wasn't safe in their parking area because of the staff's carelessness. Management and staff seem remarkably incompetent.
