OYO 3968 Chandras Residency

The rooms are large and clean, with big washrooms, and this is the only option in that area. But the linen and towels were dirty and hadn't been washed. Staff were useless at responding quickly to requests, and everyone asked for tips from check-in through checkout. There's no restaurant in the hotel. You have to order from another restaurant in the same building, and it isn't that good. The OYO properties I've been checking into lately aren't well maintained. OYO needs to look into this asap.

The service was satisfactory and the location is easy to reach. But management was poor: the sheets, room, and washroom were unclean, and the bathroom fittings were broken. There's no restaurant in the hotel.

The place itself was clean, and at least the TV worked alright. But the toilets were clogged in both rooms we tried, so we changed rooms twice without finding a working one. They initially brought an unsealed water bottle, and took more than an hour to bring a sealed one after we asked. The double bed for two people was really just a large single bed with two pillows. With service this bad, I'd skip the place.

The AC gets switched off in the middle of the night, and there is nobody around to help with anything. There's no restaurant. For the complimentary breakfast, they threw three idlis at my door, and there wasn't even coffee. This was the worst OYO room I've stayed in.
