Super Collection O ISB Gachibowli

We booked two rooms for four people, but one wasn’t ready at 1 o’clock. Breakfast was listed as available, yet they provided it for only two people instead of all four. The front desk woman had terrible manners and spoke rudely. It was a bad experience overall.

My stay here was terrible. The floor was dusty and full of bugs, the sheets weren’t clean, and the washroom had no proper water facilities. There wasn’t even a phone in the room to call reception, and the staff were extremely ignorant. Most of the reviews seem fake and written by the owners. They even posted a fake review under my name. Don’t waste your money here.

I paid for breakfast, but the staff refused to provide it. The lodge is also so remote that getting basic necessities was difficult, and the rooms are very small and uncomfortable. During my three-day stay, neither the rooms nor common areas were kept clean, and no one came to clean. I was disappointed with the whole experience.

It’s a good place if you want a little privacy, though it’s far from the city.
