The manager Sainath shouted at me and came across as arrogant. I’m writing this to warn families, women, and anyone else away from this hotel, not to get a generic reply from OYO. Most rooms apparently have a toilet, fan, or AC that doesn’t work, and reviews suggest this has been an issue for two years. The sheets and pillows were stained. I changed rooms five times; the least bad one had no fan, and the AC blew out ice. The dirty AC made me cough uncontrollably. I’d paid for a late checkout but couldn’t stay, so I left in the morning.

We booked rooms for relatives and stayed one night because there was a housewarming nearby. Problems started around midnight, at 12am, and we lost our sleep and peace. If you don’t mind an unsettled night, you could stay here, but we had a bad experience.

The lift wasn’t working, the door keys didn’t work properly, and there was no working AC or available fans. Staff weren’t helpful either. It made for a very uncomfortable stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The AC wasn’t working properly, and complaining several times didn’t lead to any real action. The room was dirty and the washroom unhygienic. Service and maintenance both need serious improvement.

Please avoid staying here. The maintenance is poor, and there always seems to be some issue. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work, sometimes the fan, and so on. Customers, take note.
