Treebo Address Inn, Banjara Hills

Breakfast was meant to run from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, but when we came down at 9:30 AM there was only one item left. The Lady Receptionist also treated us unprofessionally and lacked basic courtesy in dealing with customers. Guests deserve respect and proper service for the money they work hard to pay. The Receptionist needs customer service training. I strongly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Getting around was easy, with transport readily available and all the nearby places close by. There are good vegetarian restaurants nearby, though the hotel itself has no restaurant. The location is prime. The washroom in our room didn't have enough water. We had to tell staff each time, and they would fill it up. On checkout day we had to wait for water to bathe. Breakfast was complimentary but outsourced, and one time there was hair on the vada.

The staff keep asking for money but don't seem concerned about service, and they're rude. The night manager was unpleasant and didn't care about hospitality or the guest experience. Hygiene was still okay overall, and breakfast was average. At the same price, I'd prefer the nearby The Scent hotel, a great option with breakfast and a room.

Mr. Vijay Singh helped us from the first day right through checkout, and I'll never forget it. My sister and I arrived at Treebo Srico almost at midnight after another hotel refused us, despite a confirmed booking made two weeks before our flight and payment already completed. I won't name that hotel. I was visiting India for the first time from Dubai, and Mr. Singh was woken by his staff but still accommodated us right away. He welcomed us professionally with a warm smile. As a foreigner, I'd advise checking with a hotel before paying and confirming that it accepts foreign guests. When I return to the United Arab Emirates, I'll share what he did and recommend this hotel to visitors coming to India. He helped me in a big way.
