The bed barely had room for two people, even though we booked for three adults and one child. Bottled water wasn’t in the room, so we had to ask for it, and then they charged us extra. The food was tasteless too. My stay was a complete disappointment from the moment I arrived, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. I strongly recommend choosing somewhere else.

I had lunch at hilltown restaurant and found it to be one of the cleanest restaurants in kattappana. The food was good quality, and the service was great. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good restaurant.

There’s plenty of parking, which is a nice bonus. We recently ate at Hill Town Restaurant and ordered biryani and veg meals. Both were absolutely delicious, and the customer service was excellent. It’s definitely one of the best restaurants in Kattappana. I highly recommend it.

The food was a complete disaster. We ordered fried rice and gobi manjurian, but they came in a small bowl, and the cauliflower was over-fried. Total disappointment.
