I’ve been to Camel Valley three times now, once in the rainy season, once in winter, and once in summer. Each visit felt different as the place changes with the seasons. The monsoon brought lush greenery and a refreshing feel, while winter was pleasant, peaceful, and relaxing. Even in summer the natural beauty and comfortable atmosphere made it enjoyable. The bird area is a highlight every time, really fascinating and adding a special charm to the property. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Room service is excellent, and the staff are friendly, professional, attentive, and quick to help. Their consistent hospitality is a big reason I keep coming back. Camel Valley is lovely throughout the year, and I’d happily recommend it for a memorable, relaxing getaway.

My family loved our two-night stay, Friday and Saturday. Friday’s live band was awesome, and Saturday had a DJ, lots of activities for kids and couples, and dinner on the lawn. The buffet at Garnet restaurant covered breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was delicious. The property has loads of open space, the staff were polite, and service was top notch. Special mention to Operations Manager - Humendar Kumar, who made sure our stay was pleasant and memorable. Thanks for the hospitality. The rooms are quite old and need renovation and maintenance. The property needs better upkeep. We had a leaking bathroom tap, ACs that weren’t working, no shower curtains or bath mat, and sometimes no hot water. These are issues that could be addressed promptly to make guests’ stays comfortable.

The bird park was a unique highlight, with a variety of birds to see. Food at the buffet was fresh and tasty. The staff across housekeeping and the restaurant were courteous and attentive, and Mr. Sagar was especially supportive and helpful during our stay. We were given a late check-out, which made the journey much more convenient and stress-free. Camel Valley Resort, Igatpuri seems quite new and is very well maintained. The airy, comfortable rooms were neatly kept and made our stay relaxing. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again.

The daily buffet had a great mix of cuisines, with delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Entertainment with Sushant was top notch, and we had a good time. The manager at guest relations deserves a special shoutout for going out of his way to make our stay seamless. I stayed at Camel Valley Resort & Spa Igatpuri with friends and had a spectacular experience. The room was spotless and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend it to travelers looking for excellent hospitality and comfort.

The food was excellent, and the staff were polite, helpful, and professional. That part of the stay was genuinely good. But the rooms and toilets were very dirty and not maintained, which made things uncomfortable, and the lift wasn’t working, causing a lot of inconvenience. The hotel needs to improve hygiene, housekeeping, and basic facilities. Cleanliness and maintenance should be a priority.
