Goroomgo New Sunder Indore

The female receptionist listened to my complaint and handled things maturely, which I appreciated. The room was good, but the morning male receptionist’s attitude wasn’t. I was called four times at 9am about checkout even though the stated time was 10am, and that was really annoying.

Being close to the railway station was a plus, and I’d rate the service three stars. The building is old but has been converted into modern rooms. In my room, the key wouldn’t work on the door lock, bathroom lock, or gallery lock. Room rating: one star. Location rating: three stars.

We booked five rooms, but they wouldn’t let our Tempo Traveller park even though there was plenty of space. The rooms were okay, though the service was extremely poor. Outside food is restricted, yet the restaurant closes at night, leaving guests without another option. The staff’s attitude in that situation was unacceptable.

The room and bathroom were both spacious, and everything was neat and clean. Dharmendra ji was a good host. I had a good stay and would recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay.
