On arrival, they said there was some vague "issue" with the room I’d booked, then forcibly moved me to a different, shady property, HOTEL EAGLE, in a terrible location. It was managed by the same owner and had no facilities at all, no kettle or breakfast, and mosquitoes everywhere. Nothing like what I paid for or expected. I’d booked Itsy Hotel Phoenix (a Treebo property) online through Agoda, expecting a decent stay. Instead, this was by far my worst hotel experience and I feel the management scammed me. It seemed like a deliberate bait-and-switch to rip off customers. They were dishonest and unprofessional, showing blatant disregard for guests and the money I wasted. DO NOT book this hotel unless you want to be lied to, inconvenienced, and dumped into an unlivable property. Absolute disgrace!

The staff were prompt and the location worked well for me, right in the central area connecting Indore and Rau. I stayed for a week on a work trip, and the entrance really catches your eye. The interiors look good, likely because the hotel is new, and the food I ordered was very good, though it felt a little expensive. The rooms were decent but didn’t seem worth the high price. They also need better cleaning and hygiene, with white rust visible around the rooms. It was quite crowded too, all the rooms were full when I checked in. There’s room to improve, but otherwise it was fine.

We stayed for six days, and the room was cleaned every day, with fresh bed sheets and towels. The rooms were very clean, and laundry service is available too. Staff were cooperative and attentive. You can eat at the hotel, though the prices seemed a bit high to us. There are plenty of food options nearby if you prefer. It also felt very safe for families and women.

The reception team and other staff were courteous and helped make our two-day stay really enjoyable. The hotel grounds are lovely, and the rooms were clean. We thought it was excellent value for money, and would happily recommend staying here.
