I booked three nights and had the worst experience. The room was tiny and very bad, the bathrooms were dirty, and there was no hygiene. The AC and shower didn't work, and there were no toiletries. Service was poor too. It took several calls before they sent someone to help. 😡

We were told families could stay there too, not just OYO customers, but our family had a terrible experience. The bedding was very poor and staff management was lacking. The area was smoky, and the bathrooms were awful. Don't stay here with children or elderly family members. The worst experience ever.

The location is very good and the staff were friendly, but the rooms weren't clean. When we checked in, the bed covers were dirty and covered in hair, and it seemed they hadn't been changed after the previous guest. The bed and blanket covers were shabby, and the bathrooms smelled bad. It's not a good choice for families or a long stay. They first gave me a very small room. After we asked for a refund, they moved us to a bigger one, but it had the same hygiene problem. If they fix these issues, it could be a nice place to stay.

Room service took an hour just to bring a cup of tea for breakfast. The rooms were very unhygienic, and half the facilities, including the bathroom geysers, didn't work. Poor service was made worse by the people at reception. This is definitely the worst hotel I've stayed at so far. Look for literally any other option.
