We booked 3 rooms for a night. Check-in went smoothly, and the front desk staff were polite, helpful, and patient with our questions. We were first given rooms on the first floor, but one bathroom wasn’t working properly and they were trying to fix it. A few minutes later we were moved to a larger upgraded room, though it came with several problems. The upgraded room smelled stale, and its bathroom needed a deep clean. There were paan stains all over and a strong smell. Bed bugs bit us through the night, so we couldn’t sleep. An inventory room next door had staff talking past 11pm, disturbing us until reception was called and the noise eased. As women travelers, we also felt somewhat unsafe because the wooden partition wasn’t properly fitted and a little light came through from the other side. The other rooms had flush problems too. At night we found cockroaches crawling over the bed, which also kept us from sleeping. The staff were helpful and quick to respond, but management needs to address cleanliness and pest control because these problems hurt the hotel’s name.

It felt like a good and safe place for me to stay away from home as a woman traveling alone. I had a very good experience with the staff, and the indori pohe and aloo paratha at breakfast were the best part. The ambience and the people working there make a place, and the owner should make sure the cook doesn’t leave. A good place to stay.

Late at night we urgently needed a car, and Mr. Dev arranged one straight away without hesitation. He also personally handled every little issue to keep our stay comfortable. Hotel Shree Ram Palace exceeded my expectations, and the service and hospitality from the manager were outstanding. I highly recommend it, especially because of Mr. Dev's care for guests.

The staff were polite, professional, and always happy to help. I found the property clean and well kept, with spacious, neatly arranged rooms and all the essentials. It made for a comfortable, relaxing visit to Indore, and I'd recommend staying here.

I only noticed I'd left my shirt behind after I got home. I called the hotel, they checked and found it, then sent it to me by courier right away when I asked. The room service team is excellent, and the receptionist, especially Karuna ma’am, was really helpful. The staff are amazing.
