Stay 10 Parallel Apartment Hotel

We had a good time for the first night of our two night stay, but the second night was another story. Guests in the room next door started playing loud music at 1 a.m. We told the reception, but the guests seemed drunk and didn't listen, and the talking and music went on for over an hour. It disturbed our sleep and put us in a bad mood. The hotel needs proper security, firm rules, and action when guests ignore the people around them. The rooms and location are great.

The rooms are okay and big enough for two, and the washroom and amenities are good. But the property is just average and the price is high for what you get. Google Maps makes the location hard to find because of all the alleys. There's no food or concierge service. They said it was a 1 BHK, but the room was very small, and the sofa bed was too small too, so I wouldn't recommend it for families with kids. They seem to spend more on zing bang than room amenities.

The front desk staff weren't cooperative. We had to repeat the same request several times while he played a game with headphones on. There's also a gap in the washroom door that lets someone easily see into the main room, which is a privacy concern. The power backup wasn't sufficient either.

The lift kept breaking down, and my family got stuck in it four times during our three day stay. The experience wasn't pleasant and could have been much better.
