OYO 12407 Hotel Shri Radha ISBT

I asked for breakfast around 9 because I had already said I'd check out before 10, but it arrived only at about 9:30 after I called several times. They charged for it, yet it wasn't worth the money. Oyo shouldn't offer breakfast at booking if the hotel won't provide what's promised. The listing also showed AC, but when I asked about it, they argued they couldn't afford to provide it at that price. The staff were rude and the listed amenities weren't delivered. Disgusting. Zero stars. I'd never choose this hotel again.

It's on the first floor and easy to get to, with plenty of parking. The rooms have hot water, and free unlimited Wi-Fi that's fast. The staff were understanding and cooperative. It's a small but neat, clean, fairly affordable place, about a 10-minute walk from ISBT and Damoh Naka.

For Jabalpur, I don't think you could ask for much better at this price. It's affordable, the staff are good, and the location is amazing. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

The hotel first refused to give us our rooms at check-in and created a lot of unnecessary drama. After I spoke with the Oyo team, we finally got two rooms, 45 minutes later. The management was unprofessional and the staff were rude, with no manners when speaking to guests. Breakfast was included in the Oyo booking, but the hotel refused to serve it and said they don't provide breakfast. Then why did Oyo confirm a voucher with breakfast for this place? Oyo should remove it from its listings. This hotel's poor service and staff are damaging Oyo's name.
