FabHotel Raja Park was a very bad experience. The staff didn't respond, and the service was poor. My room was dirty, badly maintained, and nothing like the photos online. It wasn't worth the price.

I had a very good experience staying here.

The rooms were noisy at all hours, with constant disturbances from other rooms making it hard to rest. Staff weren't helpful, and most requests got a straight no. Breakfast was included, but there was no buffet and the portions were extremely limited: one item per person, such as one paratha with just pickle. Wanting more meant an extra charge at checkout. As an adult, I'd expect more than one breakfast item. For my three-night stay with two guests, only one 500 ml water bottle was free for the whole stay, not one each day. Additional water was charged and added at checkout, which felt unreasonable. Basic hospitality, comfort, and transparency were missing, and the hotel wasn't value for money. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
