The missing coat is still the main concern here. At the wedding function around 3:00 AM, our ladies’ coat was left on a chair during the “Fera” ceremony. When we told reception as soon as we noticed, they said Seth Ji, the owner, would arrive in the evening and they would check CCTV only then. We were asked to wait. That delay and casual response felt irresponsible. Management should act promptly when something goes missing. If it had been jewellery or another valuable item, would we still have had to wait all day? A hotel should provide proper security and support, and this left us feeling that staff showed little concern. Please check the footage urgently and take action to find the coat. If this isn’t handled properly, we’ll have to take the matter to higher authorities. I expect a prompt response.

The team really helped make our event memorable, and the hall itself looked beautiful. Hotel Tanwar's banquet hall was a great choice for our celebration. I’d highly recommend it.
