It was a nice, clean place, but we weren't sure who worked there and there was a lot of knocking on our door at any hour of the night. Our first room had no shower, so they moved us. In the new room, the sink leaked and we could hear it all night. Early in the morning there was a lot of noise, people talking loudly or music playing really loud.

The room was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. The walls, blankets, sheets, pillows and bathroom were stained. When I opened one blanket, there was fresh blood on it. We barely slept, knowing how dirty everything was, and left the next morning as soon as we could. The tap was rusted and only worked on one side. The walls, tables and sink were cracked, the paint was old, and the wallpaper was a random PNG of a mountain that didn't match the online photos. Nothing was soundproof. We heard people talking in the next room and elsewhere. It was too late at night to make a fuss, so we put up with it. When we left, other customers were already waiting for our room, and they hadn't cleaned it before the next guests. It really seemed like they don't clean between customers. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's extremely poorly maintained and you will NOT enjoy it.

The hotel was good and the staff very polite. Everything else was fine, though I think they should update their services with newer technology.

For this price range, I was pleasantly surprised by the service and hospitality. The stay was comfortable, and the whole experience was good. Reception staff were polite and helpful, and the kitchen staff were just as warm and attentive. Good value for the price.
