The staff are really good natured and polite. Vijay Singh Rathore especially was like family and helped me whenever I called for directions or a taxi. I'm very thankful to him and the whole team. The service was great, breakfast was so nice, and I felt relaxed staying at this hotel. Thanks so much, I'll definitely visit again in future.

We were two couples and felt intimidated at an odd hour, to the point that we had to call the police. Only after that did the staff's behavior and tone change. This was a deeply uncomfortable and unsafe experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid Whispering Palms Hotel. We had a confirmed online booking, but were pressured to cancel it and pay offline. Staff said it was “hotel policy,” which made no sense and felt unethical. The front desk staff member, Rinku, was disrespectful and unprofessional, repeatedly saying things like “jo karna hai kar lo” instead of showing basic courtesy. The whole place seemed poorly managed and their behavior was very questionable. Attaching the Patriarchal guy Rinku, be aware.

Alok at the breakfast buffet took great care of us and kept everything well managed. His courteous, attentive manner really added to the stay. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were cooperative and helpful throughout.

I was in town for a medical emergency and stayed on December 1 because Manipal hospital was nearby. The staff were supportive and helped me throughout my first night. When the doctor extended my admission by another day, the hotel was fully booked, but the team still managed to arrange another night for me. Thanks to front desk staff Umesh and Komal, and the restaurant staff, for all their help and service.
