Vivo Hotel

I switched rooms twice, but the problems were the same in both. The toilet seat was broken, the towel was very dirty, and there was no drinking water in the room. I’ve attached a photo of the serving tray. If you’re in Jalandhar, I’d avoid staying at this hotel.

Staying here with my 7-month-old baby was a really bad experience. There was no hot water, the tea tasted awful, the flush didn’t work, and the service was poor. My first room had flush and noise problems, so they moved me to a tiny room, but that didn’t make the stay any better. The room extension didn’t work either, so I had to call from my mobile every time. I’d read the reviews beforehand, but now I wonder if they were fake. Not worth spending 1700 rs, please don’t stay here.

There wasn’t an electric kettle in the room to heat water for drinking, and the linens were dirty. The towel felt rough, as if it had been washed in bleach. The room and washroom were very dirty, and the room hadn’t even been dusted properly. The manager or AGM had no solution. I’ve seen several reviews praising room and washroom cleanliness, and they seem completely fake. A nearby Dharmshala would be a better place to stay. I wouldn’t consider this property under any circumstances.

The staff were good and the service was good too, and the food tasted nice. Both the room and washroom were neat and clean. My first stay at vivo hotel was a very good experience, and I’d recommend it.
