I was there today with two employees, and we'd booked a package with lunch and dinner. At dinner, Vijay Chouhan took our order in a rude, arrogant way, as if he were doing us a favor. He said the package only covered a limited “MNP plan” with two starters and two main course items, and refused dessert without properly explaining why. We were also told one bowl of rice would have to serve three people and that we “have to adjust.” Those restrictions should have been explained ahead of time, not imposed rudely during service. The whole experience and staff attitude were shocking and far below basic hotel expectations. I wouldn't recommend Royal Palace Hotel if this is how guests are treated.

The restaurant food was tasty and hygienic, and room service was prompt. The staff were polite and helpful, too. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had good amenities, and the location near the main city area was convenient. It suited both business and family travelers. A bit more parking and faster Wi-Fi would improve the stay. Hotel Royal Palace is a pleasant, reliable option in Jalgaon.

The hotel service was good, and I had appreciated it the day before. The restaurant, though, was a complete mess. We ordered Kaju Paneer Tufani, but there was no paneer in it. They cancelled the dish when we pointed that out, which we appreciated. Then the rice we'd ordered ten minutes earlier had apparently run out. They somehow brought biryani rice, but the sabji was missing. That repeated mismanagement was awful, and I personally wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

It's a calm, pleasant place in a convenient location. Hotel Royal Palace, Jalgaon has clean, spacious rooms that are properly equipped, and the staff were courteous, professional, and quick to respond. It seems suitable for families and business travelers alike.

We arrived at Hotel Royal Palace's restaurant around 9:05 PM with three adults and two kids. Two larger families came in after us, around seven and ten people, and got tables right away while we were left waiting. We stayed until 10:10 PM without a table or a proper response. Nobody clearly explained the delay, and we felt ignored. That kind of partial, unprofessional service was very disappointing with kids along. Based on this visit, I wouldn't recommend the place.
