The low ceiling fans actually injured a couple of us, so this stay caused physical as well as mental agony. Cleanliness, maintenance, and service were abominable. Two or three of our rooms had broken flushes, jet sprays, and showers. When we reported the flush problems, staff only said there seemed to be an issue, then never came back to fix anything. They controlled the AC from outside the rooms and switched it off at random, so we had to go to reception to have it turned back on. The remote they gave us didn't work either. They controlled the AC schedule and temperature, making for a miserable experience no hotel guest should have to deal with. If you want clean rooms and a reasonable hotel experience, avoid this place and do yourself a favor. I'd give it minus five stars if I could.

This didn't feel like a proper hotel, more like a guesthouse. The room, bathroom, bed, and blankets were all filthy, and the dining area was dirty too. Food quality was third-rate. The manager was rude and the staff service was poor. They wouldn't provide a GST bill, saying it was because of tax liability, and there was no card machine. They said having one would mean extra charges for the hotel. Don't stay here.

The room was in poor condition, and service moved very slowly. We had to ask several times before anything was done. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seats unhygienic, and the towels damaged. The AC didn't work, and even basic items came at an extra charge. A very disappointing stay.

Things have gone downhill here. The cleanliness, bedsheets, washrooms, and availability of toiletries have all deteriorated. Staff need to improve their hospitality and promptness, and make sure clean sheets, blankets, and toiletries are provided.

The hotel was wonderful, and the staff's behavior was very good. It's very close to Raghunath Temple. A must-stay.
