OYO 3335 Hotel Vraj Inn

There was no proper parking, and the hotel had no accommodation for our driver. He had to use our bathroom for basic needs. The restaurant was below average, and its one-litre bottled water cost 50% above MRP. Upkeep was poor, especially in the bathroom. The air conditioner was far from the main bed, so the room took a while to cool. Some switches came loose or stopped working, including the lift buttons shown in the photo. Room service was slow too. All in all, an unpleasant stay. Not recommended.

We arrived to check in at 12:30 at night, even though we'd booked from the morning, and they still couldn't give us a properly clean room with a working air conditioner. We changed rooms three times, but every one had an issue, either the AC didn't work or the room wasn't clean. The rooms were nothing like the photos on the hotel's site. Don't book based on those pictures.

We only stayed one night as a stopover, and it was okay for that. The hotel is on a busy street, so road noise made it hard to sleep. Our room on the second floor wasn't particularly clean or well maintained, but the staff were cooperative and moved us to the fourth floor when we asked. That room seemed newer and was cleaner and better kept. This is a budget hotel, not a luxury one, so be aware of what to expect. The website photos seemed misleading, or perhaps they were taken when the hotel was new, since the rooms don't look as maintained now.

At an affordable price, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location made exploring the city and reaching nearby attractions easy. What stood out most was the staff, especially bhaveshbhai, who were helpful and accommodating throughout my visit and went out of their way to handle my questions and requests. Their dedication to service made my stay pleasant and offered good value for money. I'd recommend a click hotel by suba Jamnagar to other travelers looking for comfort and helpful staff.
