Hotel Grand Residency

I formally want to raise how unpleasant this stay was. The bed and comforter were unhygienic and left me in severe discomfort and pain. The conditions were nowhere near acceptable standards. I developed skin problems that required medical treatment, and I've sent the details to MakeMyTrip.

The rooms and bathrooms were in terrible shape, and cockroaches were running around in the bed and bathroom. They didn't provide clean bedsheets or clean rooms. The rooms felt more like a lounge or waiting area than a proper hotel room. A very poor experience, definitely not recommended.

The setting is peaceful and lovely, close to Kadma and around 6 km from Tata nagar railway station. The rooms are reasonably kept and about average in size. Food was a letdown: the breakfast buffet had very little choice, and lunch and dinner options were minimal. Service was the worst part and needs a serious makeover. I left unhappy with the stay.

Nothing grand here. Our room had no window and felt suffocating, and the only plug point smelled bad. The corridors are narrow, the lift is small, and the bathrooms weren't as clean as you'd expect. There are just 3-4 parking spots, and those are on the road.
