I booked a room for my driver through Cleartrip, but the hotel refused the booking when he arrived. Cleartrip support confirmed the booking and payment and asked us to wait another hour while they sorted it out. After the hour, nothing had changed, and we lost our money. I’m very unhappy with both the hotel and Cleartrip, since they made the booking and took the payment. #cleartrip #Hotel Shree Palace Jhansi Uttar Pradesh

The room was filthy, with dirt from the building under construction all over it and stains across the bedding and floor. Water was leaking in the washroom and had spread over the floor. I complained multiple times, but they still didn’t clean it.

The rooms are good, and the location works well for a work trip. What stood out most was the hotel team’s service. They were supportive and made me feel like a valued guest.
