There was 24/7 hot and cold water, but there were far too many problems. The rooms, bedsheets, and washroom were dirty, and neither the rooms nor corridors were cleaned. The TV was an old CRT instead of an LCD, and several switches were broken. The fourth floor felt quite haunted. I was first given room 205, but found there was no electricity when I got there. The lift also wouldn't respond until you called it two or three times. There's a lot more, but I can't type it all.

The rooms and utensils are old, and the price feels high for the service and ambience. Not a very good hotel.

At SBI bank, you take a token for the service you need, then you can go elsewhere and handle other things while you wait. You still have to stand in the queue for your work, but it's a good system. The facilities here are fabulous.
